This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on FitMyCV. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to this policy.

Digital service notice

FitMyCV is a digital SaaS product. Once credits are consumed or AI processing has started, the service has been delivered and those charges are generally non-refundable.

When we may approve a refund

  • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same order.
  • A confirmed billing error caused by our systems.
  • A technical failure where we cannot deliver the purchased service.
  • Unauthorized charges reported promptly and verified by our team.

When refunds are not available

  • Change of mind after credits have been used.
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes where the service operated correctly.
  • Requests made long after purchase without a verifiable billing issue.
  • Account actions that violate our Terms of Service.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fitmycv.com with your account email, transaction reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We review requests case by case and typically respond within 5 business days.

Refund method and timing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5 to 15 business days after approval.

Chargebacks

Before opening a chargeback, contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
